As the Senior HR Analytics & Reporting Analyst, you will shape how reporting solutions, analytical insights and compliance standards come together to power business decisions and elevate the employee experience.
You will sit within HR while operating at the intersection of analytics, technology, and compliance. You will influence reporting priorities, deliver evidence-based data insights, and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:
Influence the Analytics Strategy
  • Drive Reporting Solutions: Support the design and implementation of advanced reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to better understand employees and make effective organizational decisions.
  • Build Advanced Analytics: Build Workday reports leveraging simple and advanced calculated fields and design interactive dashboards to find useful insights that lead to impactful business decisions.
  • Translate Complex Data: Translate complex information and metrics into clear, actionable insights for HR Business Partners and centers of excellence to make evidence-based decisions.

Govern Data & Process Integrity
  • Manage Data Optimization: Manage data workflows to ensure accurate data capture, manipulation, and optimization to facilitate meaningful measurement and tracking.
  • Maintain Quality & Governance: Monitor and maintain the integrity of HR data across all reports and dashboards, create and document data definitions of HR fields resulting in the creation of a data dictionary.
  • Optimize Reporting Processes: Identify and implement continuous improvements to reporting processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of reporting, review all existing calculated fields and custom reports to develop a Report Repository.

Elevate Governance & Cross-Functional Compliance
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reporting aligns seamlessly with regulatory requirements, including OFCCP, federal/state mandates, and internal policies, supporting formal audits and compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence: Collaborate closely with cross-functional HR, Compliance, IT, and Enterprise Analytics teams to gather intricate reporting requirements and address evolving reporting needs.

What You Bring
  • Proven experience influencing HR analytics and reporting strategies in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in Workday reporting, including advanced calculated fields, matrix reports, and custom dashboard design.
  • Thorough understanding of HR compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate data governance protocols.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven track record of manipulating complex data sets and translating them into tangible business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, partner across HR, IT, and Analytics teams, and translate raw data into clear business strategy.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or professional HR/Analytics certifications preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology, Workday reporting, compliance analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience leading enterprise-level data compliance initiatives and supporting regulatory requirements from concept through delivery.
  • Experience with Databricks, PowerBI, or similar tools strongly preferred.

  • Ensures reporting aligns with regulatory requirements, including OFCCP and internal policies, supporting audits and compliance initiatives with accurate and timely data.
  • Collaborates with HR, Compliance, IT, and Enterprise Analytics teams to gather reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, and address reporting needs.
  • Provides training and support to HR teams on compliance reporting requirements and best practices, ensuring consistent and accurate data handling.
