Training and Growth: Leadership training and skills development opportunities, plus regular coaching and mentorship.
Comprehensive Health Care Plan: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and Group Insurance benefits (after 3 months full-time).
Compensation:Annual salary starting between $50,000 and $70,000 USD based on experience.
Vacation:Two weeks of vacation, increasing to three weeks after three years, and four weeks after five years.
