Experience in protein mass spec or Tecan preferred.Ability to complete technical assignments by designing, executing, and interpreting complex experiments.Defining and implementing strategies, initiatives, and actions to improve processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and industry standardsExcellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate in a team environment.Ability to monitor ongoing experiments and suggest alternatives or solutions.Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other associated software used in the scientific field.Physical Demands: The position requires essential physical abilities, including but not limited to typing, standing, stooping, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing repetitive motions, and the ability to move around in designated areas.
