Job Title: Global Product Manager, Emerging Applications

Job Scope:

We are seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our emerging applications portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in biologics discovery, antibody/protein workflows, life science tools, CRO/CDMO services, or technology-enabled research platforms. This person should be able to understand customer pain points, assess market opportunities, and help translate early market signals into product concepts, pilot programs, and go-to-market approaches.

Key Capabilities: 

  • Understanding of biologics discovery, antibody discovery, protein workflows, or research service business.
  • Exposure to AIDD, high-throughput screening, workflow automation, assay workflows, or data-driven discovery is preferred.
  • Strong product sense and customer discovery capability.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing, and early-stage business areas.
  • Able to translate customer needs into product concepts, workflow requirements, and business cases.
  • Able to collaborate with R&D, commercial, operations, marketing, and external partners.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional influence.

Preferred Background:

  • Product management, product marketing, business development, strategy, or technical commercial experience in life science tools, biologics discovery, CRO/CDMO, or biotech services.
  • Experience with antibody discovery, protein engineering, high-throughput workflows, laboratory automation, assay development, or AIDD-related applications.
  • Experience working with pharma, biotech, or technology-forward life science customers.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
