  • You take ownership rather than wait for direction.
  • You believe details matter because clients' futures depend on them.
  • You are energized by growth, change, and continuous improvement.
  • You view yourself as a strategic business professional who happens to work in the legal industry.

What You'll Do

  • Preparing attorneys and clients for hearings, conferences, mediations, depositions, and administrative proceedings
  • Managing litigation calendars, deadlines, procedural requirements, and strategic case timelines
  • Coordinating filings and communications with courts, administrative agencies, regulatory boards, and opposing counsel
  • Maintaining exceptional case organization and document management practices
  • Anticipating risks, identifying opportunities, and proactively solving problems
  • Partnering with leadership to improve processes, systems, workflows, and client service initiatives
  • Serving as a trusted resource and professional leader within the organization

What You Bring

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Texas civil and/or administrative litigation paralegal experience
  • Significant experience managing complex litigation matters with minimal supervision
  • Experience in administrative law, professional licensing, regulatory defense, professional liability, or similarly sophisticated practice areas is preferred
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent advanced legal experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, legal research methodologies, and legal writing
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and critical thinking abilities
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and legal technology platforms
  • Experience with Clio Manage and Clio Grow preferred
  • The maturity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence required to support clients navigating high-stakes professional crises

What Success Looks Like

  • Attorneys who trust you implicitly
  • Clients who feel informed, supported, and cared for
  • Deadlines that never get missed
  • Problems that are solved before they escalate
  • Processes that become better because of your contributions
  • A team that is stronger because you are part of it

What We Offer

We take care of our team the way we take care of our clients, with respect and appreciation.

You’ll enjoy:

  • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Remote work stipend
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401(k)
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)

If you are a top-performing litigation paralegal seeking challenge, purpose, growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to apply.
