District Managers are responsible for the overall management and success of assigned their assigned district. Candidates will possess a high degree of integrity, be of good moral character, have sound judgement and display intelligent decision making. District Managers report directly to the Vice President of Protective Services; Responsibilities: - Day to day operational management of a dedicated district, striving for continual improvement in operations and corporate culture. - Responsible for the recruitment, retention and discipline of a dedicated team of management personnel. - Responsible for the oversight of all employee on boarding and off boarding within local branches, ensuring all corporate guidelines, policies and procedures set out are enforced.

- Pro-actively develop and implement effective sales strategy plans, closely working with local Account Managers and Branch Managers to provide support on account acquisitions and local advertising. - Collaborate with leadership to determine ongoing strategic action plans that support all key business objectives - Responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service at all times, while actively ensuring services are consistently meeting the unique needs of client businesses. - Participate in all required training, with a focus on continued personal and professional development - Conduct monthly branch audits, ensuring branch operations are meeting corporate operating guidelines, policy and procedure.

- Communicate with the Vice President of Protective Services weekly, providing operational updates and feedback for improvement in operations. Actively ensures issues are escalated appropriately in a timely manner - Responsible for the overall health and safety of personnel, pro-actively training personnel on safe work practices. - Provides support to head office and regional management personnel as required - Participates in projects as required - Follows all operational guidelines, policy and procedure related to the District Manager role Job Requirements: - The candidate will possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of previous security management related experience as a District Manager - The candidate will possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of previous experience in a security services related role, preferably in physical security and loss prevention services - Candidates must have a clean criminal record, no criminal charges, investigations or court appearances pending.

- Previous law enforcement experience as a police officer, peace officer or military experience is considered an asset. - Valid Security Services & Investigators Act Individual License (Mandatory, issued by province) - Degree in Business Management and or Human Resources - Strong knowledge of the security industry and security guard services - Extensive knowledge in security operations, labor standards, human resources and solicitor general regulations. - Strong leader with a proven track record of team building and retention - Customer Relations experience and client contract negotiation experience required - Ability to manage a team of 100+ Security Members Employment Incentives: - 3 Weeks Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days - Dental, Medical and Vision benefits ( Offered after 3 months of continuous employment ) - Quarterly Performance bonuses - Working with a dynamic team - Paid Training & Development - Ample promotional opportunities This position receives a annual salary of $75,000.00 annually, plus bonus
