Job description

In this role, you'll provideprogram-level project management oversightacross operational, quality, and site capital initiatives, helping ensure alignment to site strategy, governance expectations, and delivery commitments. You'll lead project planning activities such asscope definition, resource planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone executionacross multiple concurrent initiatives. You'll also support and maintainsite Quality Systems, includingdeviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, procedural documentation, and periodic reviews, while helping keep records accurate, complete, and inspection-ready. This position also plays a key part inCAPEX governance, including business case support, review board coordination, PO creation, financial tracking, and budget oversight, while partnering cross-functionally with teams acrossQuality, Operations, Engineering, Facilities, EHS, and Finance.

Minimum Requirements
  • Critical requirement: practical experience in leading a Lean transformation within an organization.
  • Bachelor's degreein a scientific, engineering, finance, or business discipline, or equivalent experience (10+ yoe).
  • 5+ years experience working in aregulated GxP environment
  • Demonstrated experience providingproject and program management oversightin an operational setting
  • Experience managingquality, business, or compliance risk
  • Working knowledge ofQuality Systemsand regulatory compliance
  • Working knowledge ofLean principlesand continuous improvement practices
  • Strongdigital capability, including data analytics, financial tracking tools, and AI-enabled productivity platforms
