Certified Orthotist (CO/CPO)

Location: Fairfax, VA
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Orthotist (CO or CPO) to join our growing team across our Fairfax, VA and Baltimore, MD locations.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with pediatric and adolescent patients, helping improve quality of life through specialized orthotic care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive orthotic care to patients with scoliosis and spinal conditions

  • Design and fabricate custom TLSOs (Thoraco-Lumbo-Sacral Orthoses)

  • Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Stay current with advancements in scoliosis treatment and orthotic technologies

  • Deliver compassionate patient education and support throughout treatment

Qualifications:

  • Certified Orthotist (CO) or Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO)

  • Eligible to work in the United States (U.S. Citizenship required)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Interest or experience in scoliosis care preferred (training available for the right candidate)
