Job Description
Change Management Consultant to assist with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) and user readiness activities for PeopleSoft implementation projects under the Business Process Systems Integration (BPSI) program. The role involves developing strategies for effecting change, controlling change, and helping adoption to change for assigned projects. The consultant will also handle hands-on planning and execution of OCM activities, including sponsor & stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, communications, learning support, and resistance management.

Responsibilities

Drive planning, execution, and tracking of project-level change strategies.

Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies.

Identify change impacts by role and stakeholder groups.

Create and execute change strategies to minimize resistance.

Build sponsorship coalitions and manage change champions/advocates.

Collaborate with internal Communication department for unified messaging.

Develop and deliver multi-mode communications for different audiences.

Establish metrics to measure change success and track progress.

Develop "get-to-green" plans for readiness recovery.

Consult on training design, development, and delivery.

Execute sustainability plans to embed changes into organizational culture.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather feedback.

Must have skills/Primary skills

Extensive PeopleSoft project experience.

Skilled in Prosci Change Management model (ADKAR framework) or comparable.

Experience in complex change situations within matrixed environments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lead teams and build consensus.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize human outcomes and handle conflict.

Must be local to MN or cover own travel expenses.

Hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office per week).
