Posting Summary
Rutgers University-Camden FASC seek multiple part -time positions for Theatre, Gallery and Event Staff. The position will assist the Department and the Production Manager with the construction of scenery and set design, setting up lights, sound equipment, props and special effects for productions, concerts, and events in theaters and exhibitions in the galleries, as well as front-of-house operations and audience support for the department.

Qualified candidates will have live technical theater and stage hand experience, or experience with audience development and front-of-house operations. Lead positions in audio, lighting, video, stage management and scenic carpentry are available.
FLSA Nonexempt Salary Details A minimum of $18/hour. Offer Information

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Also requires a minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience in an administrative and/or supervisory function, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience in the discipline. A master's degree in a specialized discipline may be required, particularly in research, project management or managerial positions. Also requires a minimum of five years experience and/or increasing functional responsibility in a leadership/managerial role. With a master's degree requirement, a minimum of three years of related experience is acceptable. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
