This Texas Construction company located near both San Antonio and Austin, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to support and lead marketing initiatives for a growing group of family-owned companies centered on commercial general contracting and real-estate development. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting preconstruction efforts, and showcasing our construction and development projects, capabilities, and company culture across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is experienced marketing professional with a strong understanding of commercial construction, architecture, engineering or real estate industries and project delivery processes. Specific industry experience is required. This individual can work independently with minimal direction, transform technical project information into compelling visual presentations, and maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with project teams, leadership, and clients to effectively communicate project information and company capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand across all platforms: websites, social media, proposals, and collateral.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual presentation.
  • Develop marketing materials including project sheets, brochures, and presentations.
  • Proposal & Business Development Support
  • Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, and proposal packages.
  • Coordinate with operations and estimating teams to gather project information.
  • Develop compelling narratives, project descriptions, and qualifications statements.
  • Maintain and update project portfolio and resumes.
  • Transform estimates, schedules, site plans, project data, and technical information into visually compelling presentations.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage company website content, updates, and performance.
  • Plan and execute social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Track engagement and analytics to optimize campaigns.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and company communications.

Content Creation

  • Write and edit content including:
  • Project highlights and case studies
  • Blog posts and news updates
  • Press releases and award submissions.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and drone footage of projects.

Event & Community Engagement

  • Work closely with project managers, estimators, and leadership to capture project successes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related marketing experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate development.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management and website platforms.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of proposal processes (RFP/RFQ).
