The Proposal Associate prepares under guidance customer proposals, budgets and RFP responses for projects mainly of medium complexity, conducts proposal execution within established frameworks, ensuring submissions are timely, compliant, and aligned to customer requirements and internal standards.  The Proposal Associate is responsible for contracts works as well during the lifecycle of projects. The Proposal Associate escalates nonstandard issues, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and process adherence.
Responsibilities
1. EndtoEnd Proposal Execution

  • Manage under guidance proposals and RFPs from intake through submission for projects of medium complexity.
  • Develop, modify, map and finalize client-facing budget grid throughout bidding and post-award stages by skillfully manipulating pricing tools.
  • Prepare client RFIs of different types and needs in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subjectmatter experts to accomplish various tasks.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and submission milestones.

2. Contracts Works

  • Develop, review, and support negotiations of Letters of Intent, Startup Agreements, Project Agreements, Change Orders and other forms of contracts across different business lines. 
  • Design payment schedules and use pricing tools to perform cash flow analysis for Agreements for Finance's review and finalization with clients.
  • Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries.
  • Ensure proposals fully address customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Identify gaps or risks and escalate appropriately.

  • Apply proposal and contract processes, standards, and best practices consistently.
  • Ensure submissions meet quality, accuracy, and compliance expectations.
  • Meet defined SLAs for proposal delivery.

  • Maintain accurate proposal records, files, and status updates.

6. Stakeholder Communication

  • Partner with Sales and Operational on proposal and project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Provide clear and proactive communication throughout the proposal and contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in proposal and contract management or a related field.
  • Experience managing proposals or RFP responses endtoend, contract drafting, rewriting and review.      Client-facing negotiation experience is a plus.
  • Strong written communication and project management skills.
  • Language: English - Fluent Korean -Native
