Responsibilities
  • Lead the endtoend proposal process, including research, writing, editing, and submission related to environmental and engineering consulting projects, applications and contract proposals.
  • Organize, update and maintain marketing library.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, sales, and operations teams to develop win themes, differentiators, and strategic technical approaches.
  • Facilitate proposal kickoff meetings, manage schedules, track deliverables, and integrate input from scientists, engineers, and consultants.
  • Develop clear, persuasive proposals that align with funder priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Manage databases and CRM tools to track proposal progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential funding sources, contractual opportunities, and industry trends to inform proposal strategies.
  • Ensure all proposals meet compliance standards, including legal requirements related to contracts and funding guidelines.
  • Proofread and edit proposal documents for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism while maintaining a consistent voice across all materials.
  • Oversee contract management processes to ensure timely renewal, amendments, and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all RFQ/RFP requirements, including technical specifications, submission formats, and regulations (e.g., SF330 for federal proposals).
  • Support program development through strategic planning initiatives that align with funding opportunities.
  • Develop marketing materials, including Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), brochures, and website content. Attend conferences and industry events.
