Founded in 1998 Propio Language Services provides critical interpreting and translation services that improve the quality of life with the communities we engage in. We do that by providing both remote and on-site services in more than 350 languages, for over 14,000 clients with a diverse and highly experienced staff, and over 15,000 contract interpreters.
Quality interpretation is critical to our shared success, and it is only possible by bringing in the best interpreters in the industry.
Propio Language Services is seeking detail-oriented and professional Credentialing Specialists to support the Credentialing Program. In this role, you will conduct on-site facility compliance checks on behalf of Propio for our medical clients. These facility visits ensure adherence to operational and safety standards required by our clients and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled on-site facility visits to medical clinics, offices, or treatment centers
  • Evaluate and document compliance with key operational areas including:
    • Accessibility and signage (e.g. parking, entrance visibility)
    • Hours of operation and posted availability
    • Cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of the facility
    • Proper handling and secure storage of substances and medications
    • Staff presence, professionalism, and safety practices
  • Take photographs as required for documentation
  • Complete and submit structured audit reports within designated timelines
  • Flag non-compliance or areas of concern in line with Propio's credentialing guidelines
  • Communicate professionally with on-site staff and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in healthcare credentialing, auditing, or compliance is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
  • Strong written communication and reporting abilities
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned facility locations
  • Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor under a 1099 agreement
