Job Description:
Job Summary
The Asset Administrator 1 maintains the integrity of shipping and receiving data, ensures the accuracy of inventory counts, and aids the efficiency of accounting operations by verifying the accuracy relevant documents.
Responsibilities
- Track the status of all fluid ends, power ends, transmissions, gearboxes, and discharge pumps (i.e., orders, receipts, installs, transfers, removals, retires, warranties, repairs, rebuilds, and core exchanges.)
- Enter all data into the CAPEX database
- Perform daily updates of the Power Bi application
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Team, Accounts Payable, and Shipping and Receiving to ensure the accuracy and the timely receipt of all relevant documentations
- Ensure optimal quality of reports submitted to the organization's accounting team by analyzing the integrity of all work order data
- Assist with monitoring and planning preventative maintenance as needed
- Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative, clerical or customer service role, required
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Must be available and willing to work weekends when necessary
- English and Spanish bilingual, preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: can effectively communicate with teammates, supervisors, customers, and personnel at all levels of the organization
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Can successfully work independently and collaborate with departments across the organization
- Highly organized multi-tasker with advanced time management skills
- Must be detail oriented with strong clerical skills and accurate data entry capabilities
- Proficient working in Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Excel, and able to quickly learn other work-related software
