What is a property support manager?

A Property Support Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of properties, often within a portfolio or for a property management company. Their duties typically include coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting property managers with administrative tasks. They play a key role in ensuring properties are well-maintained and that both owners and tenants receive prompt and effective service. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for managing tenant relations and coordinating with vendors.
