Job description

Cypress Homes, Inc. -- Appleton, WI

Luxury Community Concierge / Property Services Manager

Local travel between Cypress-developed communities required

We build more than homes; we build trust. For homeowners in our communities, that relationship continues long after the keys are handed over.

We're looking for a polished, resourceful, and hands-on professional to serve as a trusted point of contact across several luxury residential communities developed by Cypress Homes. You'll provide a high level of personalized homeowner service, coordinate property and warranty needs, and help ensure that each community continues to reflect the quality and attention to detail associated with the Cypress name.

This is not a traditional desk-based property management position. It combines the personal service of a luxury concierge, the ownership and follow-through of a property manager, and the practical problem-solving of a residential project professional. You'll spend time communicating with homeowners, visiting properties, coordinating trade partners, resolving service requests, and stepping in personally when a small repair or on-site task needs attention.

Key Responsibilities

Homeowner and Concierge Services

  • Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for homeowners across Cypress-developed communities
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners and provide a personalized, service-first experience
  • Monitor the warranty and service inbox and respond promptly to questions, concerns, and requests
  • Keep homeowners informed through consistent updates from the initial request through final resolution
  • Educate homeowners on applicable warranty policies, procedures, and next steps
  • Help turn homeowner concerns into positive experiences through calm communication, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through

Warranty and Property Coordination

  • Manage warranty and property-service requests from initial review through completion
  • Visit homes and communities as needed to assess concerns and help determine the appropriate course of action
  • Review homeowner concerns and scopes of work with the Director of Construction and Project Managers
  • Prioritize requests according to urgency, scope, homeowner impact, and trade-partner availability
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field staff, and homeowners to resolve open items efficiently
  • Maintain accurate warranty claims, service notes, and progress updates in project management software.
  • Perform minor carpentry, painting, plaster repairs, and other small corrective tasks when appropriate
  • Obtain estimates, quotes, and approvals and help maintain timely resolution of warranty-related financial matters
  • Become a subject-matter expert on Cypress Homes' warranty policies and assist with supporting documentation

Pre-Closing and Project Support

  • Partner with Project Managers to create and complete punch lists before closing
  • Participate in final homeowner walk-throughs with Project Managers
  • Help ensure outstanding items are completed before the homeowner takes possession
  • Take project and property photos and upload them to the appropriate job files
  • Deliver and retrieve permitting documents, materials, equipment, and other items
  • Place or relocate dehumidifiers, fans, signs, and related job-site equipment
  • Assist Project Managers and field staff with assignments as needed

Community and Property Care

  • Travel between Cypress-developed communities to help address homeowner and property needs
  • Help maintain clean, orderly, and presentable properties and active job sites
  • Perform light cleanup, broom sweeping, debris removal, and material organization when needed
  • Check dumpster status, identify potential material waste, and confirm that returns are ready for pickup
  • Assist with staging and maintaining model homes
  • Identify quality, maintenance, or safety concerns and speak up--we value a "see something, say something" approach
  • Represent Cypress Homes professionally when interacting with homeowners, guests, vendors, trade partners, and community stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Polished, personable, and comfortable providing service in luxury residential environments
  • Strong sense of ownership and a commitment to seeing requests through to completion
  • Calm, solutions-oriented approach when addressing homeowner concerns or unexpected issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build trust while setting clear expectations and communicating realistic timelines
  • Highly organized and capable of coordinating multiple properties, homeowners, vendors, and open requests
  • Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions in the field
  • Willing to handle both high-touch homeowner communication and practical, hands-on property tasks
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing minor repairs
  • Able to learn construction management and property-service software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience in luxury property management, residential community management, concierge services, homeowner relations, warranty service, facilities coordination, or residential construction is required
  • One to three years of relevant experience is helpful, but professionalism, judgment, aptitude, and service mentality are equally important
  • Hands-on repair experience is strongly preferred

Why You'll Love It

  • Meaningful relationships: become the trusted person homeowners know they can rely on
  • High level of ownership: manage requests and solutions from beginning to end
  • Variety: work across luxury communities, customer homes, model homes, job sites, and the Cypress office
  • Independence: spend much of your day working directly with homeowners, properties, and service partners
  • Visible impact: help preserve the quality, appearance, and homeowner experience of Cypress-developed communities
  • Growth: develop valuable experience in luxury residential property services, homeowner relations, warranty coordination, and construction operations
  • Paid holidays and generous PTO
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Company-paid life, short-term disability, long-term disability, and AD&D insurance
  • Supportive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented team environment

Full-Time

Pay Range: $31.25 to $33.66 per hour, depending on experience

If you have the service mindset of a luxury concierge, the ownership of a property manager, and the practical instincts to solve problems in the field, we want you on the Cypress team.

Cypress Homes, Inc. -- Building Homes & Relationships in the Fox Valley since 1994.
