Job description

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Property Management team, including but not limited to document preparation, filing and phone support.
  • Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files, including certificates of insurance.
  • Prepare and distribute work orders; perform follow up and close-out.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel to resolve day-to-day property issues Code invoices for manager approval.
  • Prepare various documents including service agreements, tenant welcome letters/memos, and purchase orders.
  • Assist with tenant communications and relations events.
  • Initiate rent collection calls and correspondence.
  • Manage conference room calendar/reservations.
  • Assist with the management of parking and amenity access controls.
  • Assist with property inspection forms and move in/out checklists.
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned by manager.

Desired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent; Associates or Bachelorsโ€™ degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Commercial Real Estate industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
