Property Reviewers primarily analyze documents, reports, and legal aspects of properties, often working in an office setting. Property Inspectors conduct on-site evaluations of physical properties to assess condition and safety. While both roles are involved in property assessment, the Property Reviewer focuses on legal and financial review, whereas the Property Inspector emphasizes physical inspection. Understanding these differences helps in choosing the right career path or service for property evaluation needs.
