Company: Real Property Management Today

Location: Puyallup, WA (Serving South King, Pierce, Thurston, and King Counties)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4 PM

Compensation: $22 to $32 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for a Property Manager who is hungry, eager, and smart, with a passion for helping others and solving problems.


Position Overview:


As a Property Manager, you will be the face of Real Property Management Today, providing exceptional service to our clients and residents. You will manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and occupied with happy tenants. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, enjoys challenges, and has a keen eye for detail. If you are a go-getter with excellent customer service skills and a knack for marketing, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties.

- Ensure properties are maintained and comply with all local laws and regulations.

- Handle tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, and conflict resolution.

- Market properties to prospective tenants using various platforms and techniques.

- Conduct property reviews and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in local property laws.

- Utilize AppFolio software for property management tasks (experience with AppFolio is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate).

- Provide stellar customer service to property owners and tenants.


Qualifications:


- Real estate license is a plus.

- Marketing skills and experience.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and grit.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Active driver's license.

- Experience with AppFolio is a plus.

- Must stay on top of local laws and regulations related to property management.
