Property Manager Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Must be of the age of 18 or older
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Must have basic computer skill abilities and be proficient in a variety of online platforms


Property Manager Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

  • Problem solve and make decisions autonomously
  • Maintain details and follow process for monthly and annual tasks
  • Contribute to the creation of processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and across departments
  • Communication with property owners via phone calls, meetings and emails
  • Ability to trouble shoot issues with tenants
  • Review maintenance requests and charges
  • Conduct property inspections in occupied and unoccupied properties
  • Ability to prioritize a differing variety of tasks within a workday
  • Attention to detail and follow through is crucial to being successful in the role


Property Manager Job Overview and Requirements:

  • Work Hours: M-F Full-Time
  • On-Call: One week per month, with a support person.
  • Required Education: College Education
  • Required Experience: 2+ years in customer service role
  • Location: Duluth / Superior / Twin Ports Area
