Job description

Join the fastest growing property management company in Michigan as an Assistant Property Manager!ย  LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard-working individual with previous apartment community experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self-motivated and self-directed.

The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in all aspects of community management including daily operations of the apartment community, supporting resident satisfaction, enhancing the property's value, and working closely with the property management team. This role requires flexibility in addressing needs that range from marketing to facilities management to financial reporting.

  • Taking an active role in leasing apartments daily
  • Working in the CRM to contact and advance the sales pipeline

  • Making recommendations based on competition and community needs to maintain budgeted occupancy.

  • Supporting resident retention programs and escalating resident concerns as necessary.
