Job description

Farbman Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial property portfolio. The Property Manager will ensure properties are maintained to high standards, drive tenant satisfaction, and maximize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms.
  • Assist in marketing vacancies and attracting new tenants.

Requirements
