Description of the role:

The On-Site Property Night Attendant at WoodSpring Suites Cleveland will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property during the night hours, assisting guests with late check-ins, and responding to any guest inquiries or concerns that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring security cameras and conducting regular property walks to ensure a safe environment.
  • Assisting guests with late-night check-ins and providing information about the hotel amenities.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the night shift.
  • Completing nightly reports and maintaining accurate records of any incidents or guest interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Ability to work night shifts and independently manage tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
