Job description

Real Estate Showing Agent - Training & Mentorship Available

Want to build your real estate career by getting in front of buyers and gaining real hands-on experience?

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to learn the business while working directly with clients. As a Real Estate Showing Agent, you’ll tour properties with buyers, help them explore their options, and develop the communication and relationship-building skills that successful agents use every day.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience instead of trying to learn everything on your own. You’ll have access to training, ongoing mentorship, and proven systems designed to help you build confidence, stay consistent, and grow your real estate skills.

You’ll learn how to conduct productive property showings, communicate with buyers, follow up with potential clients, understand their needs, and help guide them through the home-buying process.

No previous showing experience is required. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated and coachable, and wants an active role that can help build the foundation for a long-term real estate career.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

If you’re ready to gain real-world experience, build relationships with buyers, and grow your real estate career with training and support behind you, apply today and let’s start the conversation.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property showings for potential buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Provide insightful feedback to the lead agent on client interactions and property showings.
  • Assist clients in exploring various property options, offering guidance and support throughout their decision-making process.
  • Maintain a detailed schedule of showings, ensuring punctuality and preparedness for each appointment.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Follow up with potential buyers post-showing to address any questions and reinforce interest in properties viewed.

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License Needed.

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.

  • Proven track record of punctuality and reliability in managing appointments.

  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a detailed schedule of property showings.

  • Ability to provide insightful feedback and collaborate with team members.

  • Comfortable using technology and real estate software to enhance client interactions.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies for client satisfaction and engagement.
