Location: Detroit
Premier Property Management is seeking a diligent and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a leading property management company, we are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents, and our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in achieving this goal.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and longevity of property systems and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
  • Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
  • Collaborate with property management team to address maintenance issues and uphold property standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Snow Removal in winter months
  • Follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:
  • 2+ Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, applicance repair, and drywall.
