Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Horticultural Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader to lead our horticultural crew and maintain high-quality properties.  This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.  Work references are required.

Responsibilities 
  • Lead and manage a horticultural crew
  • Perform trimming/pruning
  • Have plant knowledge
  • Operate truck and trailer safely
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site
  • Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
  • Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently
  • Report any equipment damage, property damage, and/or employee injuries immediately
Requirements
  • Experience leading a horticultural crew
  • Experience operating a truck and trailer
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications (but not required)
  • Landscape Design experience a plus!
