Job description

Property Maintenance $23/hr

Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Work indoors and outdoors in a residential apartment community, preparing apartments for new residents, completing maintenance repairs, and maintaining the property's buildings and grounds in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and snow removal
  • Previous experience with drywall, painting, flooring, and appliance repair
  • Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls and be available for on-call duties
  • Must be reliable and capable of independently maintaining a standalone property
  • Ability to complete maintenance repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
  • Prepare apartment units for new residents, including repairs and basic remodeling tasks
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including walking, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Compensation:
Pay - $23 per hour
OT after 40 hours

On-Call/Emergency Response pay:

Shifts:
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • On-call required for emergencies after hours.
