Core Responsibilities
  • Lawn Mowing and trimming for commercial/ DiMarco family properties
  • Annual flower maintenance/ bulbs/ mums (watering, installation, dead-heading)
  • Pruning of plantings/ trees as needed/ view shed management
  • Ornamental bed maintenance (weeding, mulch install) at awarded properties
  • Seasonal AND storm clean ups (leaves, etc.)
  • Side walk shoveling/ salting
  • Snow plowing with truck/ equipment
  • Vacant property cleaning/ maintenance
  • Turf mowing at vacant properties
  • Commercial property cleaning (litter, debris, windows)
  • General maintenance: pressure washing, furniture set up, holiday decoration set up
