We're looking for a high-performing Property Manager / Account Executive to manage a portfolio of residential properties while also driving leasing and client relationships.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk property manager role. You'll be responsible for owning your portfolio-leasing, owner communication, and overall performance.
You'll work with a steady pipeline of properties and leads, supported by a strong operations team, systems, and marketing. If you're organized, responsive, and good with people, this is a great opportunity to build a strong book of business.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants
• Oversee leasing activity, including showings, applications, and lease execution
