Starion Insurance is seeking a Property & Casualty Account Manager in North Dakota to deliver high-quality service, coordination, and operational support to clients and internal partners.

Position: Property & Casualty Account Manager
Location: North Dakota โ€“ Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Oakes, Ellendale or Remote


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages property and casualty accounts and provides exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits by agency timelines; ensures timely processing of invoices and client requests.
  • Manages client/carrier correspondence and maintain updated client information in the agency management system.
  • Obtains quotes from carriers for new and existing business; reviews carrier proposals for accuracy and prepares client documents.
  • Acts as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues; follow Starion standards, policies, and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in insurance servicing and ownership of a client book and retention outcomes, typically acquired through three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • Proven interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to juggle high-volume tasks
