What You'll Be Doing
Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while providing an exceptional dining experience, and providing the entire restaurant with alcoholic beverages. This includes:
  • Providing exceptional hospitality.
  • Pouring drinks and serving food from behind the bar.
  • Knowledge of our food and beverage menus.
  • Working knowledge of cocktails, mixing techniques, and quality control
  • Having a great attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Maintaining standards of food quality, food safety, personal safety, and cleanliness

Requirements
What We Require of You
  • Must have ServSafe Alcohol certification prior to the first day of work (easy to get one if you don't already have it!)
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow regulations regarding age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
