Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring tailored and effective treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans geared towards achieving individual client goals, remaining adaptable to their evolving needs.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic interventions to promote positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• A valid License as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• Knowledgeable in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques applicable to various mental health challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and to facilitate effective communication.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary for this exciting role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package, including:
