Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

The primary function of this position is to ensure the safe loading, transport, and complete delivery of propane and all energy products to Central United end users. Qualified candidate will also be expected to assist, at times, with the installation, maintenance, and repair(s) of propane systems in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazardous endorsements
  • Assist in marketing and selling energy products
  • Ensure prompt service and delivery of propane products
  • Be licensed and willing to help with delivery of bulk energy products
  • Maintain inventories
  • Fully trained in MN Propane Association Service and Repair Maintenance guidelines.

Requirements

  BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of energy department products and services
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and hazardous endorsements
  • Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the position
  • Adhere to the drug and alcohol testing policy
  • Must attend all required safety and educational training
  • Highly developed and demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
  • Energetic, detail oriented, able to adhere to deadlines
  • Great leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must perform and record leak check data per Minnesota Propane Regulation and CUC requirement
