Job description

Propane Delivery Driver – CDL Required

Limestone Energy is hiring immediately!

Full time/Seasonal

We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded Propane Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CDL driver looking for steady, local work with a growing company.

Pay: $28–$32 per hour

Pay will be based on experience, qualifications, and propane industry knowledge.

Immediate Start Available

Requirements:

Must have a current, valid CDL

Must already have a Hazmat endorsement OR be willing and able to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within the first few months of employment

Clean and acceptable driving record

Must be able to meet applicable DOT requirements

Must be dependable and have a strong commitment to safety

Propane delivery experience is preferred but not required

CETP or propane industry experience is a plus

Schedule & On-Call Requirements

Typically Monday–Friday

Regular daytime delivery schedule

After-hours on-call responsibilities are required

Weekend on-call availability may be required during the winter months, particularly during periods of high demand or extreme weather

Propane is an essential service, so flexibility and availability during peak winter demand are important

Job Responsibilities

Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, agricultural, and other customer locations

Operate a propane delivery truck and associated equipment

Safely connect and disconnect propane delivery hoses

Read tank gauges and accurately record deliveries

Perform required leak checks and visual safety inspections

Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or propane leaks

Complete delivery tickets and electronic records accurately

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Communicate with the office regarding customer needs, delivery issues, and safety concerns

Complete required vehicle inspections and maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle

Follow all company, DOT, propane safety, and regulatory requirements

Assist with other duties as needed
