What you'll do
  • Own and execute the GTM strategy-from segmentation and value prop to pricing, quotas, and integrated campaigns.
  • Directly lead a fiveperson GTM team covering enterprise sales, account management, solutions consulting, and marketing; hire & expand headcount as revenue scales.
  • Acquire new customers: Source, qualify, and close complex AI safety service deals with frontier model labs, hyperscalers, and AIenabled enterprises across finance, healthcare, consumer internet, and more.
  • Expand strategic accounts: Identify unmet needs, open new buying centers, and convert earlystage pilots into multimilliondollar programs.
  • Drive predictable growth: Build and manage a datadriven pipeline; forecast accurately; hit quarterly and annual targets for bookings, revenue, and margin.
  • Elevate our brand: Develop thoughtleadership content, speak at industry events, and cultivate analyst relations to position TaskUs as the category leader.
  • Forge executive relationships: Establish trust with Csuite stakeholders-CIOs, CTOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Privacy Officers, and Heads of ML/AI Safety.
Experiences you'll bring
  • 10+ years in technology services sales, business development, or GTM leadership, with 3+ years directly managing small (510) crossfunctional teams.
  • Consistent history of exceeding annual revenue goals through both newlogo wins and account expansions.
  • Proven success selling AIML, data, or ML ops related services to enterprise and hyperscale customers.
  • Deep network among AI platform owners, LLM research labs, or digitalnative enterprises.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing to build pipeline via content, events, and demandgen programs.
Core skills you'll need
  • Strategic GTM design & execution for services and SaaS hybrids.
  • People leadership: Coaching, performance management, and career development for a compact, highimpact team.
