Job description

Flexible 15-20 hours per week (15/hour) through August, 2026 with possible opportunity for fall semester. Position work combined office space in Libermann Hall and around campus for content.

Job Requirements: junior or senior undergraduate student studying integrated marketing, communications, public relations, marketing or journalism and/or work experience related to position; strong proofreading skills required; writing, social media, content development skills desired

Examples of duties include, but are not limited to:

Developing and scheduling social media posts including text, photos and video, following accessibility and brand guidelines; assisting with content calendar
Retrieving and entering data/analytics for reports, including EMG social media channels
Proofreading - minor editing when necessary - emails, print collateral proofs, presentations and other communications
Supporting enrollment marcom projects such as power point presentation updates, coordinating topical emails with student ambassadors, students and University departments (primary contact, providing templates, etc.)
