Job description

Contingent Worker Proofing Coordinator

This role is part of the RTX People Services Employee Relations and Compliance Operations team. In this role, the Coordinator Contingent Worker Proofing will be responsible for contingent worker US Person verification, HCM data maintenance and process compliance. You will work closely with workers, suppliers and other internal partners to support the Contingent Worker proofing process and compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Accurately identify onboarding worker's US Person and/or citizenship status based on provided documentation
  • Effectively communicate and partner with worker, sponsor and supplier to ensure compliance with Global Trade requirements
  • Utilize SOP to process assigned work and meet operational goals
  • Maintain compliance with Human Resources/Global Trade policies and procedures
  • Effectively manage and document assigned cases through ServiceNow

Qualifications You Must Have

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with Case Management tools (i.e. ServiceNow).
  • 2+ years experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
