*T and T Consulting Services does not engage with or utilize third-party staffing agencies for recruiting, hiring, or placement services.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to entire software development project team during the design, development, and testing phases.
  • Work with project manager and development team to design, customize, develop, and support in-house developed, full-stack web applications and AI/ML systems using a variety of languages and frameworks, primarily including Python and Typescript/JavaScript, with backend databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and NoSQL solutions.
  • Utilize modern full-stack frameworks including Next.js and React for frontend development, and Python-based services for backend API development, as part of the end-to-end development process.
  • Design, develop, and deploy large language model (LLM) pipelines and Generative AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering for real-world applications.
  • Perform requirements analysis, software design, development, installation, testing, and maintenance for application system components for software systems by following AGILE development and SDLC best practices.
  • Provide scientific estimates for the requirements and ensures quality and standards of programming and documentation, and functional business requirements and designs specifications for system development and implementation activities.
  • Support specialized AI/ML application development and customization, encompassing all activities necessary to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based intelligent systems that support business and research functions.
  • Provide release packaging, testing, maintenance, and production support on existing and newly developed web applications in a timely manner. Work on enhancements of developed software and AI systems to reduce operational time, improve business efficiency, or increase model performanceand reliability.
  • Take responsibility for comprehensive unit and functional test coverage to ensure code quality.
  • Write with future proofing and re-usability of code in mind and to be aware of the effects of certain coding practices.


Required Qualifications:

  • This position requires a Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related fields; or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related field with two vears of related work experience.
