Job description

Ensure all processes are conducted in a controlled manner per internal documents and work standards. Responsible for all quality documents and ensuring compliance with ISO and regulatory bodies.
Job Duties:
  • Select and effectively apply the 7 quality tools (cause and effect diagrams, flow charts, check sheets, Pareto and scatter diagrams, control charts, histograms) to identify nonconformances, root cause, and facilitate implementation of corrective actions and error (1) proofing
  • Capable of completing detail- oriented self-managed tasks
  • Effectively manage records and compliance documents
  • Use blueprints/engineering drawings and bill of materials to verify product satisfies quality specifications (incoming raw materials and finished goods)
  • Able to work within a team environment and contribute to group goals
  • Work to resolve non conforming product issues with the Material Review Board process
  • Proficient in the use and handling of gages and other tools
  • Capable of assisting internal audit team and conducting directed audits of processes
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and ERP systems. Able to generate effe3ctive reports and communications, ie: emails, audit reports, process graphs, etc.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • 1 year QC experience preferred
