Domino's Pizza in New Prague, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 106 E Main St. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of our team members.
  • Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Manage daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Oversee food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and process invoices for food and supplies
  • Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist in scheduling and payroll management
