Job description

The Player Service Representative provides efficient and friendly service by promoting club membership and facilitating all club/promotional transactions.

Duties:

  • Clearly communicate current details on offers, events, promotions, benefits, and property amenities.

  • Explain to guests the player tracking systems, comping guidelines, player benefits and usage.

  • Complete all transactions related to Player’s Club, Marketing, Promotions and Special Events efficiently and in a timely manner.

  • Enter accurate information of newly enrolled accounts and updating existing accounts as needed.

  • Assist with database marketing efforts to include data entry and data collection.

  • Use several computer applications simultaneously to analyze information and make appropriate decisions related to the Passport Loyalty Program adhering to company policy.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.

  • Alcohol Awareness card required.

  • Two or more years of customer service experience required.

  • Understand the importance of confidentiality.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
