Job description

Do you enjoy shaping programs that influence business growth. Are you energized by developing campaigns and strategic initiatives that drive new client acquisition and help teams engage prospects more effectively?
We're looking for someone like that who can:
Support the development, planning, and execution of firmwide net-new-money initiatives, including promotional offers, incentives, campaigns, and targeted prospecting efforts
Evaluate growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations that inform campaign prioritization, investment decisions, and campaign execution
Coordinate campaign logistics including timelines, messaging inputs, tracking needs, and communication to the field to ensure smooth and consistent delivery
Work with internal partners to gather requirements, refine campaign concepts, and support endtoend execution
Manage performance tracking for campaigns and promotions, partnering closely with Business Intelligence to monitor outcomes and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness
Assist with the development of materials that help advisors and clients understand how to use campaign tools and take advantage of promotional programs
