Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) partners with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial results. The AGM is expected to lead from the front, maintain high standards, and prepare for future advancement into a General Manager role.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
  • Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Maintain Kneaders food quality and presentation standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the café.
  • Execute company promotions, catering programs, and seasonal initiatives.
Team Leadership
