We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 305 W. Beaufort St. in Normal, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately

Qualifications
