Optometrist (OD) – Full-Time, New Grads Welcome – Coconut Creek, Florida

Job Description

Promenade Eye Care is hiring a full-time Optometrist (OD) for our primary care practice located inside a LensCrafters in Florida. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate or experienced OD who wants modern equipment, technician support, and easy days with an established patient base.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive eye exams and primary care optometry services
  • Diagnose and manage ocular disease
  • Fit and prescribe contact lenses
  • Utilize Optos wide-field retinal imaging and OCT for advanced diagnostics
  • Document patient care using RevolutionEHR

Schedule

  • 4–5 days per week, including weekends

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
  • Active or eligible for Florida optometry license
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong patient communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail-adjacent clinical setting

Compensation: Competitive per diem with bonus structure.
