What is a project manager?

Project Managers are professionals responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within an organization. They coordinate teams, manage resources, set deadlines, and ensure that project goals are achieved on time and within budget. Their role is crucial in ensuring that projects align with business objectives and deliver value.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a project manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Project Manager, you need strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, often supported by a relevant degree and experience in project coordination. Familiarity with project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira) and certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are highly valued.
