We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in cable construction and fiber optics to lead multiple telecommunications projects.
Candidates must have at least five years of industry experience and strong leadership skills.

What you'll do
  • Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees across assigned areas, departments, or projects
  • Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Develop and maintain processes to support efficient task and project completion
  • Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project goals
  • Interview, hire, train, and retain team members to support growth and development
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordination
  • Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and crew safety practices
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record review
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred
  • Willingness to support and fill in for supervisory roles as needed
  • Ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data
