Job description

Freese and Nicholsisseeking an Engineering Project Manager with a strong technical background in Water/Wastewater Master Planning and Hydraulic Modeling for our Greenville office. We offer a collaborative environment andopportunityfor growth. The ideal candidate will manage and lead technical tasks, develop scope/feeand support business development activities, including proposal development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading multiple project teams for municipal water and wastewater studies, such as integrated master plans, water distribution and sewer collection system hydraulic evaluations, water quality in distributionsystemsand asset management.

  • Providing technicalexpertiseand guidance to project teams.

  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and managing project tasks and budgets.

  • Working with utilities to solve complex issues and develop capital improvement plans.

  • Experience in client development, sales/marketing, proposaldevelopment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

  • Polished professionalcommunication, bothtechnicalwritingand verbal presentation skills.

  • Experience with statistical programming languages(preferred but notrequired).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

  • 10+ years of related experience

  • Experiencewith hydraulic modeling software, such asAutodeskproducts (InfoWater,InfoWorksICMInfoSWMM) or Bentley products (SewerGEMS,WaterGEMS)

  • Experience with GIS applications in water and wastewater planning
