What is a project support manager?

A Project Support Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative and operational aspects of projects within an organization. They provide essential support to project managers and teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Their duties often include resource allocation, progress tracking, risk management, and communication between stakeholders. Project Support Managers help streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain documentation to facilitate successful project completion.

A Project Support Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders.
